Can you watch a English program without Chinese subtitles ?

Depends,if that is the moive like "spiderman","batman",,,quite easy
if that is the news report,then it depends on the length[[tk_32]]

It is not that difficult ,given the show uses general english= =

For TV shows like Lost,Desperate Housewives or even Grey's Anatomy(ya,the medical drama with the least usage in medical terms,xdd),the english the characters speak of is quite easy to understand for me.

However........
You must be a medical staff(or student) if you can understand "House"= =
and I am clearly not......

for me, it is quiet difficult to watch a english programme without chinese subtitles
I must very concentrate to listen.once they use the " FLUENT" english ,i can't follow what they had just said . then i will trying to look for the chinese vrtsion or subtitles
